Synopsis

Upon arriving in Morocco after 10 years of training in the United States, Dr. Taoufik Raoui and his wife plan on starting an ophthalmology practice. During dinner in a fancy hotel in Tangier, Taoufik is drugged and his wife is abducted and raped. After finding her abandoned on the street the next morning, Taoufik pursues the kidnappers with the aid of a sleazy hotel manager. During a struggle, however, he accidentally shoots a policeman and the couple must go on the run.
